What the estimate form collects
- Your name and phone number.
- Your email address, if you choose to provide it.
- Whether the property is residential or commercial.
- The service you select, approximate job size, and borough or county.
- Any project notes you choose to add.
Please do not include payment information, identification documents or other sensitive personal information in your notes. The form does not request them.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to your request, discuss the job, arrange an on-site estimate and communicate about the painting services you ask for. We do not sell your contact information or add you to a marketing list through this form.
Who processes the information
Netlify hosts the website and processes and stores form submissions. It may also process technical information, such as your IP address, browser information and request logs, to deliver the site and protect against spam.
When SMS notifications are configured, Twilio processes the project details sent to our designated crew phone. When email notifications are configured, Resend processes those details to deliver an alert to our designated inbox. These notifications help us respond to estimate requests.
This site does not install advertising trackers or third-party analytics, and its fonts and photographs are served from the website itself.
Keeping and protecting information
We keep request information for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry, provide requested services and maintain necessary business records. Access is limited to people and service providers who need it for those purposes. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You can request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted by emailing info@wearethepainters.com. We may need to verify your request, and some records may need to be retained for legitimate business or legal reasons.
